Refund & Returns Policy (UK)

All SpartanWare products are custom-made to order and personalised for each customer. For this reason, we are unable to offer cancellations, returns, or refunds if:

  • You ordered the wrong size, style, or item.

  • You provided incorrect details or artwork at the time of order.

  • You changed your mind after placing the order.

  • You refused delivery, did not pay any required customs/import charges, or failed to collect the order.

When we will accept a return or refund

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if:

  • The item arrives faulty or damaged.

  • The item is not as described or we have made an error in production.

Process

  • Any issues must be reported within 7 days of receipt of your order.

  • To request a replacement or refund, please contact us at [your email] with photos and your order number.

  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method.

Custom & personalised items

As our products are bespoke and printed to your specification, they are exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
