Refund & Returns Policy (UK)
All SpartanWare products are custom-made to order and personalised for each customer. For this reason, we are unable to offer cancellations, returns, or refunds if:

You ordered the wrong size, style, or item.

You provided incorrect details or artwork at the time of order.

You changed your mind after placing the order.

You refused delivery, did not pay any required customs/import charges, or failed to collect the order.
When we will accept a return or refund
In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if:

The item arrives faulty or damaged.

The item is not as described or we have made an error in production.
Process

Any issues must be reported within 7 days of receipt of your order.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method.
Custom & personalised items
As our products are bespoke and printed to your specification, they are exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
