SpartanWare sponsorships are designed for teams, creators, organisers, and communities who actively represent our brand through competition, content, and events.

All sponsorships are application-based, performance-reviewed, and tiered to ensure fair and meaningful partnerships.

Pro Sponsored Team


Our entry-level sponsorship for active teams representing SpartanWare online.
  • Free SpartanWare team store
  • 2 sponsored items per year (jerseys or giveaway items)
  • Priority support compared to standard team stores

Sponsorship Requirements

- Minimum 2 tagged social posts per month
- SpartanWare link included in bio or link hub
- Minimum 5 high-quality photos per year wearing SpartanWare products
- Permission for SpartanWare to reuse supplied content for marketing
- SpartanWare jerseys worn in team visuals where applicable

LAN event support is not included at this tier.

Elite Sponsored Team


Our highest ongoing sponsorship tier for teams delivering consistent exposure and attending live events.
  • All Pro Sponsored Team benefits
  • Up to 5 sponsored items per year (event jerseys, player jerseys, or giveaway items)
  • Priority consideration for:
    Event collaborations
    Limited-run merchandise
    Promotional features

Sponsorship Requirements

- Minimum 4 tagged social posts per month
- Minimum 1 short-form video per quarter (TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts)
- Minimum 10 high-quality photos per year
- Attendance at at least one verified LAN event per year
- Ongoing brand alignment and professional conduct

Elite LAN Partner


Elite LAN Partner status is not automatic and is approved per event.
  • Event-specific jerseys for attending players
  • Approved quantity of giveaway items
  • Feature coverage on SpartanWare social channels during the event

Eligibility & Approval

- Team must hold Pro or Elite Sponsored Team status
- A completed LAN Event Request Form is required

The event must be:
- Public
- Verifiable
- Run by a recognised organiser


Mandatory Deliverables (Per Event)

- Minimum 5 high-quality event photos
- 1 short-form event video
- SpartanWare tagged in all event posts
- Content delivered within 7 days of the event ending

Failure to meet these requirements will result in future LAN requests being declined.

Annual Sponsorship Review

All SpartanWare sponsorships are reviewed once per year.

Each team is assessed on:
  • Content delivery and quality
  • Social activity and brand representation
  • Event participation (where applicable)
  • Overall alignment with SpartanWare values
Following review, sponsorship status may be: Renewed Upgraded Downgraded Or discontinued SpartanWare reserves the right to adjust sponsorship tiers or remove sponsorship at any time if requirements are not met.
